REGISTERING WITH THE PRACTICE

If you would like to join the practice you can telephone to make an appointment, or you are very welcome to come in to meet us and have a look around. Either way we will give you a new patient pack with all the information. You can make a private appointment to see the dentist for an initial half hour assessment of your dental health.

Dental Health Plans  Once you are dentally fit we encourage patients to register with Denplan. One of the many benefits of being a Denplan member is long term preventive dental care and peace of mind. You pay a small monthly direct debit payment through your bank and experience has shown that patients enjoy the security of knowing what their dental care will cost, and being free from sudden unpredictable & sometimes large bills. Please ask for more details at reception.
Private Treatment on a 'pay as you go' scheme is also available, and a price list is freely available from the reception desk.
NHS If you are already registered with us as a continuing care patient you are entitled to receive NHS care with the practice, but this agreement must be renewed every 15 months. We can also give you a leaflet to fill in if you are on a low income. Please note that like many practices in the UK our NHS list is closed to new patients.
Children We are not currently accepting any new NHS patients. Children currently registered with us under the NHS can continue on the NHS, however, there is more time available with fewer restrictions for children registered privately or with Denplan, and they will then automatically be seen by the hygienist for dental health education every year.
Students If you are already registered with us under the NHS, and are under 18 or 19 in full time education, you qualify for free treatment on the NHS. If you are still studying, over 19, and on low income, we can give you a leaflet to fill in for free or reduced cost NHS treatment.
